DevOps Engineer (Middle/Senior)

Job Details We're looking for a DevOps Engineer, middle or senior, to run the platform behind our products: HR, documents, tasks, meetings and AI assistants. You will own our Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD, monitoring and backups, and the servers and GPUs our AI models run on.

What you will do

• Run and improve our Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts and GitOps delivery with Argo CD
• Build and maintain CI/CD in GitHub Actions on self-hosted runners: builds, tests, Trivy and SonarQube checks, releases
• Keep production healthy: monitoring, alerting, logs, on-call and incident reviews
• Own backups and recovery for PostgreSQL, object storage (MinIO) and other services, and test restores regularly
• Administer Linux servers, virtualisation (Proxmox or VMware), networks and VPN, and physical servers through IPMI/iDRAC/iLO
• Run Nexus, container registries and secrets management, and keep images and dependencies patched
• Help developers ship faster: dev environments, templates and clear documentation
• Senior: design the platform's next steps (high availability, multi-environment, infrastructure as code) and mentor others

Requirements

• 2+ years running production infrastructure (4+ for senior)
• Strong Linux administration and networking: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, firewalls
• Docker and Kubernetes in production: deployments, services, ingress, storage, troubleshooting
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins) and Git
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana (or similar), and alerts that matter
• Backups and restores for databases, PostgreSQL in particular
• Scripting in Bash or Python
• Uzbek, Russian or English for daily work

Nice to have

• Argo CD or Flux, Helm, Kustomize
• Terraform/OpenTofu or Ansible
• Proxmox or VMware ESXi, RAID and server hardware
• GPU servers for AI workloads (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, model serving)
• Security practice: image scanning, secrets management, hardening
• Kafka, NATS, Redis or other stateful services on Kubernetes
